Right! Could the religious bunch be any more narrowly focused on the mystical to explain the way the world works around them? Let's all breathe a sigh of relief that these days, religious mysticism no longer requires human or animal sacrifice.
When we need an entity that is a focus for teaching morality and integrity, religion gives us organized pediphilia. These people try to compete with science and do not see how their mystical predilections prevent them from making sense.
Wait a minute! The bible allows many wives (depending on which part you read), so what happened? Why don't religious mystics still follow these parts of the bible today? Wasn't all of the bible supposed to be written by the god?
You know, there is not this creationist problem with Islam. The koran specifies how and when you can beat your wife. I wonder how many Islamic husbands beat their wives per the koran in this country? In the old days, the bible says god made the grass grow. These days, it's duPont, Chevron, and Union Carbide.

I love that. "I learned that driving over a creationist is like driving over a crunchy speed bump." LOL
