The "Posts of the Month" forum index page.
These topics listed at the above page are still available for additions.
-----
Now for June 2004 (as per previous months):
quote:
Please post your votes for the June, 2004, Post of the Month here. Include author, forum name, thread name, post number, eg:
Name: Velvet Tongue
Forum: Evolution
Thread: I'm no monkey
Post #: 17
A link to the message, and perhap a SHORT comment would also be nice. But, this is NOT a place to debate the referenced topic - so be nice.
I think that a fairly liberal use of this topic would be a good thing for indexing some nice messages that are otherwise doomed to be lost in the clutter. So, if you encounter a message that seems to say something of special substance, please give it a plug/reference in this topic.
New month, same old message and routine,
Adminnemooseus

Nice to see this thought expressed so well:
I think part of the problem is that this is the only theory in all of science where what we don't know yet is referred to as a "problem." In any other field these would be referred to as "frontiers."

A tidy rebutal
Author: LoudMouth
Message 25
This attaboy isn't so much for a particular specatcular post. Sorry Loud, but it's not a Sylas or Bill type post. But it is, to me, and example of a nice, tidy little rebutal of a number of unsupported assertions.
(I'm not allowed to add here "and wrong assertions" )

I know that it is July, but the new PotM is not up yet and I couldn't wait any longer. Mike King's post is short and well written. It conveys his feelings about creationists and christianity in a way that is easy to understand. That, and I tend to agree with him as well.
