Hey, Guys. In the Crimea, most residents wanted to be part of Russia, Russian speaking and all that. I also realise that the majority of people in the Eastern Ukraine want to be part of Russia.Remember that Stalin gave Crimea to the Ukraine without consulting the inhabitants. They were part of the same country in those day's, anyway.Those borders were set after the Second World War.I do realise that redrawing borders in modern Europe is a very, very dangerous thing to do. Actually the numbers show that the reason (aside from election fraud in Florida) that Gore lost was that democrats did not turn out in numbers anywhere close to previous elections, and that if they had he would have won. He lost the election (again ignoring the fact that he actually won Florida) by not attracting votes.And it was the same thing about stiffing the progressives in the party to go center right and choosing Lieberman (who was an independent not a democrat and the DNC had no problems with that then).Enjoy
